How you’ll make an impact

Support finance, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and procurement-related SaaS solutions by translating business requirements into clear user stories, solution designs, testing plans and configuration outcomes. As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll help bridge business and technology by partnering with users and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

You’ll be part of a team that supports strategic SaaS platforms across finance, ESG and procurement, including Ivalua’s procurement solution and strategic financial planning and venture capital solutions. Working closely with business process owners, end users, developers and other technical resources, you’ll help ensure solutions are well understood, well tested and aligned to business needs.

If you thrive in an Agile environment, enjoy working hands-on with SaaS platforms and can communicate technical concepts in clear business language, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll do

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements by working closely with business owners, end users and product stakeholders
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, solution options and delivery-ready requirements for Agile teams
  • Support solution design, backlog refinement, prioritization and planning to help deliver high-quality product increments on schedule
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, issue analysis and release support to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations
  • Work hands-on in SaaS, low-code and no-code environments to support configuration, workflow updates and solution improvements
  • Partner with technical resources on integrations, configuration activities and system changes while maintaining a strong understanding of business processes
  • Support finance, ESG and procurement SaaS solutions
  • Facilitate problem-solving and solution discussions, helping stakeholders align on practical, scalable and user-focused outcomes

What you’ll bring to the team

Required

qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, finance, computer science, information technology or a related field
  • At least four years of experience in business analysis, product analysis or SaaS solution delivery (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience working with finance, ESG, procurement or related enterprise business processes and SaaS solutions
  • Extensive experience gathering, analyzing and documenting requirements, including writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery practices and the ability to work effectively within an Agile software development lifecycle
  • Demonstrated ability to support solution design, testing, backlog refinement, incident analysis and release readiness activities
  • Technical aptitude with SaaS platforms, including low-code/no-code configuration, workflows and system functionality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for users, business owners and technical teams
  • Ability to build trusted relationships, lead through influence and contribute to practical solutions for both business and technical stakeholders

Preferred

qualifications

  • Ivalua Academy Certification, either Functional/Admin or Technical
  • Experience in a financial institution, agriculture finance, procurement, ESG, risk or another adjacent business domain
  • Product owner or Scrum team training or experience, or other Agile-related training or certification
