Missions
Le Chef de Rang contribue à la préparation et au bon déroulement du service en salle.
Il/elle garantit l'accueil et le suivi des tables du rang qu'il lui est attribué afin de garantir la qualité de service et développer une bonne relation avec la clientèle.
Activités principales
Participe et contrôle le nettoyage des espaces de restauration
Participe et contrôle l'entretien du matériel de mise en place
Organise et prépare l'ensemble des espaces restauration en exécutant toutes les opérations de dressage en conformité avec les codes de l'établissement
Prend les commandes et facture les tables de son rang
Réalise les encaissements
Participe à la clôture du restaurant
Met en place les pauses séminaires
Assure le service au bar
Débarrasse les plateaux dans les étages
Spécificités du poste : CDD 6 mois Poste à temps complet – 39h/semaine, Travaille le week-end et les jours fériés, Horaires en continu
Maîtrise de l'anglais, Connaissance de l'organisation d'une salle de restaurant, Connaissance des techniques de service, Connaissance des plats et des produits et de la carte, Connaissance des accords mets et vins
Soigneu(se)x, Excellente présentation, A l'écoute, Organisé(e), Dynamique, Souriant(e), Aptitude au travail en équipe, Précision et rapidité des gestes, Une formation type CAP / BTS en restauration ou équivalent est souhaitée
Expérience professionnelle 1 à 3 ans d'expérience minimum
