• Conduct and monitor the Weekly reimbursement process
- Conduct and monitor Procurement Process : PR, PO and etc
- Conduct and monitor quarterly invoices
- Provide Finance Monthly report and Yearly basis summary report.
- Monitor operations inventory
- Oversee efficiency of operational processes
- Monitor and update the Participants & Staffs data
- Ensure the validity of Participants & Staffs information data
- Conduct and monitor the Incoming – Outgoing letters
- Coordinate with other related units regarding the operations process
- Monitor all administrative functions as per requirement
- Implement improved operational measures and policies that promotes efficiency
- Assist in Coordinating daily, weekly and monthly services provided by external parties
- Support academic process especially related with documentation, such as certificate, participants stipendium, pedagogy demands, etc.
- Support recruitment process, especially related with incoming/outgoing formal letters, etc
- Management Support Activities:
o Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.
General Requirement:
Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/Experience:
Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level positions or
Minimum 4 years of working experiences
