Job Summary
We currently has exciting opportunities for Program Managers that would like to join our team.
This individual will be in overall, end-to-end, charge of various programs, from shaping the approach to delivering the desired outcomes through to completion. The position includes coordinating project teams, overall program resource, stakeholder, risk/issue/dependency management, communications, and reporting across all levels of the organization. Managing high-visibility and large-scale, complex cross-functional initiatives that target the client’s strategic objectives, this role requires a seasoned Program Manager who is comfortable driving efforts across departments and functions, effectively communicating at an executive level and managing through challenges to deliver expected results.
Responsibilities:

  • Plans organize and manage large and complex programs. Leads regular interactions with the executive sponsor, steering committee and business stakeholders to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the program outcome.
  • Makes strategic decisions for the organization specific to the management of scope, budget, and schedule across projects and programs.
  • Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program following established enterprise policies, leading practices, and on behalf of the executive sponsors.
  • Facilitates identification of project/program risks, develops and assigns responsibility for mitigation actions, manages mitigation plan.
  • Collaborates with clients, business partners, and transaction center(s) to deliver services.
  • Develops and communicates project management best practices
  • Provides project KPI to drive performance improvements in IT organization
  • Supports the implementation process, leading and/or aligning the efforts of the COE; forges strong partnerships with appropriate constituencies.
  • Delegates tasks to appropriate team members
  • Collaborates with clients, business partners, and transaction center(s) to deliver services.
  • Lead project management for cross-functional projects across the entire Digital Marketing team

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business or Technology related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management
  • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in program/project management, portfolio management, systems development methodology. Proven understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, and SDLC, iterative and related methodologies. Ability to pull a diverse group of stakeholders with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions. Experience leading, facilitating and integrating high-quality projects, including identifying partners and sub-project owners and driving deliverables to timeline. Strong vendor management experience. Ability to multitask and juggle multiple requests and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • 1 - 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Preferred certifications: PMP, ACP, CSM, and PgMP
  • Has advanced understanding of program management, comprehensive knowledge of project Accountabilities management methodology and SDLC.
  • Manages the execution of programs and projects within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while minimizing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies. Provides project support services and training and manages the implementation of project management processes and methodologies
  • Experience coordinating technical experts without direct supervisory responsibility
  • Strong ability to triage issues based on risk and to concisely communicate complex technical issues to stakeholders of varying levels of expertise
  • Comprehension of the importance of information security and how to properly balance security and usability in the context of threat models, and to effectively communicate this to stakeholders
