Job Description: We are an Authorized Dealer for AT&T. We work strictly inside the local retailers. The AT&T Customer Service Representative is responsible for generating sales and providing the best customer service possible. You will be recommending new products and services such as Cellular (Mobile Expert), Internet, and Television to both current and new customers.

  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Must be trainable and coachable
  • Must have a great work ethic
  • Must be a responsible individual
  • Must have a great personality both friendly and energetic
  • Positive and Professional
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience as a Brand Ambassador or as a Mobile expert a plus but not required
