This associate level position is responsible for assisting in operational needs for the department related to data entry, reporting and customer service-related needs while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of operational information.
- Answers calls, e-mails, and instant messages on behalf of the department.
- Researches, evaluates, and summarizes historical data
- Evaluates incoming and outgoing data for deficiencies, overages and growth needs.
- Resolves data deficiencies by using standard operating procedures.
- Enters and updates data into various systems for use by all personnel.
- Assist with projects and special assignments provided by team leaders.
- Assists and trains employees and new data entry operators on software programs.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Runs and distributes reports as needed
- Secures information by completing necessary backups of important data.
- Maintains and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate, Associate degree preferred.
