Job Summary:
The Developer position is responsible for the maintenance, trouble tickets, configuration and analysis of technical products within Law for All’s technology ecosystem. They will help execute on resolving tickets, projects, and work jointly with other professionals within and outside of Law for All providing accurate and efficient support. Using your extensive knowledge and experience, we will look to you to find practical solutions to hard problems, and to direct complex operations geared toward gaining efficiency, productivity, and accuracy.

Essential Functions:
Perform add, change, drop requests from request tickets and proactive maintenance and analysis for:
Phone system (Ring.io, Five 9, Call Criteria, RIngba)
CRM (Zoho)
List Management (Lead Capsule)
Onboarding of new staff members to include:
Account setup (Google accounts, Five9 etc..)
Provide any needed installation support and troubleshooting of user workstations both premise and BYOD.
Provide usage training as necessary for all tools interfaced by staff members.
Support partners with their integration to our APIs and Web Components:
Internally: LeadCapsule, IRSLogics, Zoho, etc.
Externally: Any web hosting or SaaS used by partners.
Help desk functions:
Answer staff questions on all company supported applications.
Troubleshoot computer problems and determine the source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.). Performs hardware and software installations.
Works one-on-one with staff on any technical projects required.
Analyze and execute tests on the behaviors and functionality pre launch and post any changes to the production ecosystem..
Troubleshoot configuration problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace.
Analyze reporting/monitoring data from various sources to identify issues in advance of receiving trouble tickets.
Qualifications:
- Preferred to be located in Southern California but open to remote work with the right individual.
- 3-5 years of experience working hardware, software and networking supporting business operations.
- Professional experience using open source technology and with cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience with

- C#
- TypeScript in browser and Node
- Experience with CRM and call systems including:
- Zoho
- IRSLogics
- Ring.io
- Five 9
- Lead Capsule
- Commland
- Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
