The E-Commerce Sample Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of merchandise samples and product information for agacistore.com. This position will manage the tracking and identification of merchandise samples for e-commerce’s monthly product photo shoots as well as the copywriting process. This individual will also support the E-commerce merchandising team on any additional ad hoc projects as needed.

Essential Tasks

Sample Coordination & Activation:

  • Coordinate monthly sample pass off meetings with store merchant assistants.
  • Collect and prepare website samples for weekly photo shoots.
  • Follow up on any late or missing samples and communicate updates to team as needed.
  • Maintain sample movement information updates with E-comm Merchants, Photo Studio, Copy, Retouching & Store Merchant Teams.
  • Manage shooting priorities in partnership with photo studio.
  • Ensure style is live with correct color, image, copy & attributes to give the customer a cohesive experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $16.00 /hour
