The Villa Carlotta, located in the Heart of Franklin Village, Is a Chic New Extended Stay Property for the Nomadic Transient Types. - (Think the Chateau Marmont with a touch of Hotel Costes and a little Grand Budapest Hotel).

Position Involves:

- Assisting the General Manager

- Guest Relations

- Package / Mail Management

- Lease Creating | Background & Credit Checks

- Working with Housekeeping for Room Turns | Cleans

- Room Management

- Phone Inquiries

- Lead Follow-up

- Property Touring

- Managing Room Inventory in Oscar

- Generating Invoicing in Oscar for Residents

- Daily Reporting to ALL FOH + BOH

- Candidate Needs to Have a Positive Attitude and Work as Part of Team.
