ReVision Energy's South Portland ME location is currently looking for an individual who is excited to be on the front lines of solar s rapid growth as a ReVision Energy's Front Desk Receptionist. This is an entry level role. The ideal candidate will be located in or have plans to relocate to the South Portland ME area. This is not a remote position.

ReVision Energy was founded in 2003 by two solar geeks in a garage and has grown to over 300 employee-owners spread across our physical locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Our offerings of products have grown to include solar panels, battery backup systems, electric vehicle infrastructure, heat pumps, and water heating equipment.

ABOUT THE POSITION:

The ReVision Energy Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests to our South Portland location, when we are once again open to the public, and answering phone calls with an enthusiastic desire to help find an answer to any question.

RESPONSIBILITIES (include but are not limited to):

  • Warmly greet guests in our clean energy showroom
  • Answer main office line and direct calls accordingly
  • Field general questions and provide documents for existing customers
  • Receive mail
  • Create Employee Loan documents
  • Send out Solarversary Cards to Solar Champions on the anniversary of their install date
  • Help set up events in showroom
  • Help with general office tasks

QUALIFICATIONS (required)

  • Naturally friendly personality who relishes the opportunity to provide a wonderful first impression of our employee-owned company and generate enthusiasm for the clean energy transition
  • Willingness to learn about clean energy solutions to answer customer questions or direct them to the right person within Revision who can
  • Excellent teamwork skills – ability to foster a positive team environment
  • Effectively coordinate and communicate with others (customers and co-owners)
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, community environment
  • Efficiency – able to produce significant output with minimal waste
