Front Office Receptionist

Clarity HR Solutions is looking for a full-time Monday through Friday 9 am-6 pm receptionist to join one of our client's organization. The client is located in downtown Los Angeles. If you possess the following skills we want to speak with you!

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will greet clients, answer phones, email clients, order office snacks, email and coordinate appointments, review and scan daily mail into the CCH system.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes client's and visitors to the accounting firm in person and on the telephone answering inquiries or referring questions to other staff members.
  • Maintains reception area in a neat and orderly condition.
  • Assists clients and guest with any questions.
  • Opens and sorts office mail. Delivers outgoing mail to the post office at end of day.
  • Orders snacks or other office supplies as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent personality and demeanor to deal with the public and firm clients.
  • Basic office skills such as typing and filing. Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Two years as a receptionist in a previous role.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 /hour
