Implementation Analyst

Responsibilities:


  • Conducts needs analysis to determine appropriate product/service requirements for new or existing clients.
  • Collaborate with users to define business requirements for system enhancements and new functionalities to achieve process improvements.
  • Formulate and define project scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.
  • Analyze business, document requirements, and translate proper system requirement specifications.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration/related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 + years of professional experience leading, overseeing, or managing an implementation, project, or complex process from beginning to end
  • Experience in healthcare and/or technology industry highly desired
  • Experience in a systems and analytical role
  • Understanding and experience with technical systems
