Level III Human Resources Assistant - Onboarding

This is a remote position.

Strategic Staffing Experts is seeking experienced Human Resources professionals to join our team.


This is full time remote opportunity!


We are filling five (5) vacancies from this announcement.

As a Level III Human Resources Assistant, you will provide onboarding support to a United States Federal Organization. You will be actively involved with creating and extending job offers, coordinating background and drug screenings for candidates, coordinating release and start dates, and working with new hires through the federal onboarding process until they start their new position.



Your typical work assignments may include the following:

• Provide consistent and effective communication regarding candidate status and onboarding process
  
• Updating onboarding actions across our action tracking systems
  
• Assist in collecting applicable documents and standard forms required for background checks, as well as other candidate onboarding related tasks
  
• Provide technical and general support to candidates and employees during the application and hiring process; and receive and respond to requests concerning HR policies, procedures, and processes via email and telephone
  
  

Requirements Must have at least 3 years of Federal human resources experience related to the work of the position.



Experience includes:

• Experience using word processing software, spreadsheet applications, and other general administrative technologies.
  
  
• Must have experience using USA Staffing
  
• Ability to communicate orally and in writing.

• Must be a US Citizen
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a suitable background check
• Subject to a one-year probationary period
