Ob/gyn/aesthetic Receptionist

We are looking for a front desk personnel/receptionist (MEDICAL ASSISTANT PREFERRED but not mandatory) to be able to handle OB/GYN MEDICAL office and MEDICAL AESTHETIC in a fast paced environment. Must be able to multi-task, can work independently, have strong computer skills, strong communication skills and provide great customer service.

OB/GYN Front Desk Assistant and MEDICAL AESTHETIC responsibilities:

  • verify insurance eligibility and benefits of patients
  • answer phone calls
  • schedule appointments
  • process medical records, authorizations and referrals
  • check patients in and out, provide registration, collect co-pays
  • general clerical duties including faxing, copying, filing, input
  • Must be somewhat knowledgeable in the field of aesthetic (Botox, filler). Will offer training on all medical aesthetics products of Botox, fillers and more.

  • be energetic, neat, organized and detail oriented
  • provide consistent friendly service
  • educate and answer patient questions regarding Botox, Filler, Microneedling
  • Follow up text with patients after two weeks
  • update email list and send promotions
  • ability to draw blood for PRP treatment (not necessary)
  • process transactions
  • responsibilities are not limited to the above.

This is a PART-TIME to FULL-TIME after have mastered all responsibilities. We open one saturday a month between 9-1. We do not provide medical or dental insurance. however, we do offer cosmetic injections after 6 months!
