We are seeking a Virtual Office Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

This position is a fast-paced work from home position. Ideal candidate must have the Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands. Seeking a candidate with an outgoing personality, able to connect with clients, team oriented and enjoys working with and assisting people. Regular, predictable attendance a must. Experience in an office assistant/admin role. Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Data entry
  • Client retention
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
