Operations Manager

Qualifications

• Experience:

  • operations, 1 year (Preferred)

Lead our team in the California / Arizona / Las Vegas area for day to day operations

Working closely with our International CEO based in Australia, you’ll be the primary person responsible for the day to day operations and leading our teams in the Nevada / Arizona and California markets. *

*The management team has worked hard to put a strong business together with all the best tools, software's and equipment at your disposal.

You will be responsible for:

• Hiring and managing your own team including

• Mobile service technicians

• In-house DPF cleaning technicians

• Sales and customer service teams

• Local Administration teams

• Training and developing your team for keep up in a market leading position and quickly evolving industry

• Implement / improve systems and oversee their execution

• Help establish and grow new locations

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of experience in a related industry

It’d be great if you also have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees

Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
