Order Entry Specialist

Position Summary

Ensures the accuracy and efficiency of sales order generation functions including entering new orders, update builder schedules and keeping proper documentation.

Main Responsibilities

· Generate accurate work orders

· Scan documentation

· Builder additional steps

o File original builder PO’s

o Update glass schedule

· Home Depot additional steps

o Update Home Depot Portal

· Sort and distribute work orders

· Weekly pull and verify builder schedule

· Complete other projects as assigned.

Skills & Experience

· High degree of accuracy

· Detail oriented

· Organized

· Numerical competence

· Ability to manage multiple priorities

· Prior practical experience in using Sage Accounting Software a plus

Performance Goals

· Home Depot and consumer direct orders generated same day to no more than 24 hour turnaround

· Builder orders generated no later than 1 month prior to installation

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 /hour
