Job Description

f8 Real Estate Media provides photography and videography services to residential real estate agents and property managers nationwide. The Order Management Specialist is responsible for creating and processing orders placed by customers for the company’s services. We are seeking a detail-oriented and friendly person to deliver exceptional service to our growing list of customers. The Order Management Specialist must be comfortable working with a variety of software programs, but no experience in any of the software programs we use is required.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Creating accounts for new clients
  • Entering orders for clients
  • Coordinating appointments with real estate agents, and property managers with our affiliates
  • Answering client inquiries on products, services, and status of their orders
  • Ability to communicate effectively with necessary parties to ensure order detail and documentation is updated and entered into the system appropriately
  • Exceptional oral and written communication
  • Process oriented with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to think quickly and communicate clearly
  • Ability to multi-task

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM

Hourly Wage:

$21 per Hour

Term:

This is a 3 month contract to permanent position. May become permanent before 3 months depending on overall performance.
