Remote Customer Service Position On Growing Team
Helpr is a Los Angeles based mobile app that provides screened babysitters on-demand as well as a suite of family support services for companies seeking to provide more ease of work/life balance for their employees. We believe that reliable, affordable and high-quality childcare should be easily accessible for all families.
We are looking to add to our Customer Service Team as demand for care is increasing! We’re big on diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as a compassionate approach to childcare. The schedule will be around 30hours/week. 8am to 2pm EST. Competitive hourly rate + benefits DOE. This is a remote position.
candidate will possess the following:
- Effectively manage incoming calls, emails, and bookings.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust and generate client leads through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about Helpr contractors and services.
- Handle both client and/or contractor feedback and/or complaints. Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
- Record details of client and/or contractor contacts and actions taken.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies. Research answers or solutions as needed
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and act as a representative of the Helpr brand.
Childcare experience is a bonus, Mothers/Parents are encouraged to apply!

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
