As a live event video surveillance administrator, you are responsible for the technical management of video surveillance operations at live events. You will work closely with National Rental Account Managers (RNAMs), project managers and clients. You lead an event from the use of the devices to the return of the devices. The LEM will work closely with the project managers and RNAMs to produce the SOW. Once the SOW has been approved by the customer, it is the responsibility of the Live Event Manager to execute the installation plan and provide technical support for video surveillance during the event.
Responsibilities
Construction and dismantling of temporary video surveillance systems in large venues for live events.
Configuring and troubleshooting Avigilon camera systems
Configuring and managing rules and video analytics during an event.
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times during events.
Make real-time decisions regarding technical issues with camera and video surveillance systems and customer needs.
Reduce customer conflicts when and when they arise.
Must be able to drive to and from events.
Help with other assigned projects.
Qualifications
1 year of experience in the live events industry. Experience at music festivals, concerts, or professional sporting events is desirable but not required.
Technical knowledge in the field of video surveillance is preferred, but not required.
Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook are required.
