  • Develop and maintain strategies across all social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, BeReal, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter
  • Guide social media ideas, tactics, and decisions with constant, up-to-date knowledge of social landscape, algorithm updates, new features, new platforms, etc.
  • Align social strategy with overall marketing calendar and objectives, including brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement/conversions
  • Develop and maintain a monthly social media + posting calendar based on marketing objectives, notable dates, upcoming initiatives
  • Identify opportunities and conceptualize unique campaigns and initiatives on social media channels
  • Maintain a focus on engagement and KPIs while never straying from delivering an on-brand experience
  • Set performance metrics specific to each platform; regularly measure, analyze, performance, and evolve social media strategy; report on statistics monthly
  • Work with Marketing team to analyze social insights in relationship to marketing KPIs and sales
  • Work cross-functionally with teammates and collaborate on special initiatives such as influencer/PR gifting, paid socials, content creation, UGC, and Community Program


  • Work cross-functionally with all Creative players (including Art Director, Graphic Designer, and Copywriter) to oversee execution of all social media content and campaigns
  • Regularly create and provide briefs and shot lists to all stakeholders regarding the content needed for all social channels
  • Attend all Social Shoots to shoot and/or take BTS content and ensure content is being created according to social needs
  • Oversee all social content, ensuring everything posted from the brand is up to par with brand standards, from colors to clothing to copy and everything in between
  • Execute any content or copy as needed


  • Arrange and present grid to Brand Director and Creative Director for approval: pay impeccable attention to detail, adjust according to previous feedback, and evolve until grid is approved. (Will eventually have autonomy with grid.)
  • Conceptualize and schedule compelling daily IG stories that accomplish our marketing objectives, encourage engagement, expand our reach, connect with our audience, convey our brand story/campaign narratives and drive sales
  • Oversee Social Coordinator to ensure comments and messages are being responded to according to brand expectations and in a timely manner, even on evenings and weekends, and provide support as needed for more complicated messages or comments
  • Oversee Social Coordinator to ensure social team is actively engaging with community members and influencers, especially on tagged posts


  • Conceptualize and contribute to TikTok content creation with the help of TikTok Intern
  • Conceptualize compelling TikToks that accomplish our marketing objectives, encourage engagement, expand our reach, connect with our audience, convey our brand story/campaign narratives and drive sales

  • Manage TikTok Intern to ensure TikToks are being created and posted according to broader strategy and at least 1x daily
  • TikTok should be next highest priority after Instagram; needs will grow as this channel grows


  • Develop, implement, and manage the SET influencer marketing and community marketing strategies and plans with a focus on business priorities/goals and an emphasis on diverse and elevated creators that help amplify our brand
  • Oversee the strategy behind intentional influencer gifting/community gifting/PR packages and recipient list for each drop and in between each drop, planned out well in advance
  • Nurture existing influencer and community networks while continuously and strategically expanding network
  • Keep a pulse on who we should be working with – make note of up-and-coming celebs/influencers, stay up-to-date with who doesn’t align with SET’s values, and identify new partners to align with
  • Think strategically about SET’s product categories, developing a network of influencers and community members that align with and add value to each collection
  • Devise evolving strategies to communicate all new product launches and brand initiatives to our influencer and community partners, ensuring they have everything they need to build hype
  • Select influencer management software, onboard program, and train necessary team members
  • Develop and closely monitor influencer KPIs and ROI, present monthly reports to internal stakeholders on influencer marketing and community program performance
  • Oversee social team’s handling of: influencer database (adding new influencers and keeping addresses/sizes up to date), daily product gifting, SET Concierge program, engaging with influencer content, DMing with influencers, reposting influencer content


  • Inspire, motivate, and manage the Social Media Team
  • Identify ways to improve quality of work, employee satisfaction, and process efficiency.
  • Provide direction and support so your team can execute according to brand vision and timelines.
