Dolce Vita Wellness Spa is a growing locally-owned company looking for an enthusiastic and committed assistant. An all-around supportive role, the Social Media and Sales Assistant participates in business-building activities that help us reach new potential guests/patients and convert inquiries into loyal fans. A master of all things digital, this skilled role is an exact blend of content collector and lead converter. As a content collector, this person is responsible for helping to collect relevant, quality content to share on all marketing outlets to educate, entertain and engage our audience. As a lead converter, the Social Media and Sales Assistant will respond to online form requests, chat box inquiries and ad-generated leads. Built for someone who is equally tech-savvy and people-savvy, this position is the perfect fit for someone who likes to see a direct impact from their work while helping other people reach their wellness goals.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be proficient in Google Suite including: Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
  • Must know Google Drive and DropBox with basic file organizational skills
  • Proficient in the major social media applications including Facebook and Instagram
  • Proficient using smartphone/tablet applications
  • Experience in taking quality photos and videos via basic photo application on smartphones and tablets
  • Strong writing skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Ability to learn new applications and software quickly
  • Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently
  • Strong people skills - ability to identify needs and handle objections
  • Customer service experience is a plus!
