We are seeking an Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk to join our team in Miami, FL!
Salary starts at $15-$18 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, organize, and file customer invoices and related financial documents.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining accurate filing systems for AR records.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable team by locating and retrieving files or information as needed.
- Ensure that all documents are securely stored to maintain confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Support the AR team with administrative tasks and ad hoc requests.
- Maintain an organized and efficient filing system for easy access to records.
