We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our company and undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Ultimately, you will provide administrative support to our management team and ensure all daily procedures run smoothly.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Create and send invoices
- Accounts Receivables
- Process and submit deposits
- Manage and order office supplies
- Address customer questions
- Prepare spreadsheets and reports
- Service & Installation scheduling
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)
- Familiarity with office equipment, like printers and postal equipment
- Solid time-management abilities with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma; additional qualification in Office Administration is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
