Position Summary:
The Dance Studio Administrator plays a crucial role in the smooth operation of the studio. This position involves taking class attendance, assisting with social media management, and registering students. The ideal candidate will be organized, friendly, and passionate about dance, with strong communication skills and a dedication to providing excellent customer service.
#### Key Responsibilities:
1. Class Role Management:
- Take and maintain accurate attendance for all dance classes.
- Ensure attendance records are up-to-date and communicate any discrepancies to instructors.
- Assist in tracking student progress and participation.
2. Social Media Assistance:
- Collaborate with the studio director to create engaging content for the studio’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Post updates, announcements, and highlights of classes, events, and performances.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner.
3. Student Registration:
- Manage the registration process for new and returning students, including collecting necessary forms and payments.
- Maintain accurate student records and ensure all information is updated in the studio's database.
- Provide information to prospective students and their families about class offerings, schedules, and policies.
4. Customer Service:
- Greet students and parents upon arrival, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Address inquiries and concerns from students and parents regarding classes, schedules, and studio policies.
- Assist with resolving any issues that may arise in a professional manner.
5. Administrative Support:
- Assist the studio director with daily administrative tasks, including filing, organizing, and maintaining studio supplies.
- Help coordinate studio events, performances, and competitions as needed.
- Support instructors with any logistical needs related to classes and rehearsals.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in social media platforms and basic graphic design (or willingness to learn).
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred, especially in a dance or arts-related environment.
- Passion for dance and a desire to contribute positively to the studio community.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 per year
