Are you a skilled technician with a passion for problem-solving? We're seeking dedicated laundry technicians to join our team. Our company is a 50+ year old family business and industry leader in laundry repair and equipment provider. Laundry Mechanic / Appliance Technician needed to repair commercial washers and dryers. Electrical knowledge / experience is preferred but we can train you.
Paid training to assist with career advancement.
Applicant will be dispatched to repair equipment, replace parts, preventative maintenance, and fill out job/work orders.
Deliver and install washers and dryers at various locations.
Company vehicle and phone provided during work hours.
Interisland same day travel may be required periodically. Looking for outer island part time workers as well.
Communication skills and basic mechanic tools are required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Clean driving record is required.
Duties
- Diagnose and repair commercial washers and dryers.
- Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues.
- Perform routine maintenance on appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport appliances as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems and equipment repair.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment repairs is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Experience reading schematics and technical documents is preferred.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
