Planned Elegance is expanding for the 2025 - 2026 season, and we’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our Wedding Set Up and Tear Down Crew. This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a team, loves weddings, and is looking for supplemental income with long-term potential and room for advancement into decorating or coordination roles.
We are a close-knit team of both men and women, and all genders are encouraged to apply. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude above all else.

What We’re Looking For:
•Saturday availability is required. Most events take place on Saturdays, with occasional Friday or Sunday shifts.
•1–3 weekends per month to start depending on our schedule and your availability.
•Team player mentality. You’ll work closely with other crew members and coordinators to set up and tear down weddings efficiently.
•Strong work ethic and attention to detail. We need someone who shows up on time, works hard, and follows directions well.
•Physical stamina. This is a very active role that requires being on your feet for long hours, lifting and moving decor, and working quickly in a fast-paced environment.
•Reliable transportation. Most events are in the Cleveland/Akron area, but we also serve Youngstown and Pittsburgh. You must be comfortable traveling up to 90 minutes from Youngstown.

What the Role Involves:
•Assisting with decor setup—placing linens, centerpieces, signage, ceremony items, backdrops, etc.
•Helping with tear down and clean up at the end of the event—carefully packing up decor and ensuring the space is returned to its original state.
•Working under the guidance of a Lead Coordinator and alongside a team to stay on schedule and ensure the venue looks polished.
•Occasionally supporting with day-of logistics like greeting vendors or assisting the coordination team as needed.
