The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing unforgettable wedding and quinceanera experiences, ensuring that every detail aligns with the clients vision. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their special day.
- Develop comprehensive plans, including timelines, vendor selections, and event layouts.
- Coordinate logistics with various vendors.
- Manage event marketing initiatives to promote wedding services and attract potential clients.
- Oversee the execution of events on "gameday", ensuring everything runs smoothly and according to plan.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the event day.
- Assist clients with budgeting and financial management related to their event expenses.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance client experiences and maximize service offerings.
- Conduct follow-up meetings with clients post-event to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in events management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with hotel operations, catering services, and banquet management is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as required by event schedules.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution during events.
