We partner with major clients in the wireless industry, and this role is key to ensuring those clients’ continued success by delivering top-tier service and driving sales performance.
As a AT&T Customer Enrollment Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. This role combines relationship-building with a strong sales focus, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-driven environment. As a AT&T Customer Enrollment Representative you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide tailored wireless solutions, and help increase customer retention and loyalty—all while contributing to the company’s sales goals.
AT&T Customer Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:
- Represent Channel Focus’s wireless clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers while promoting services and offers
- AT&T Customer Enrollment Representatives are the link between our clients and their customers ensuring satisfaction and driving sales
- Manage customer accounts, activations, upgrades, and service-related concerns
- Address customer questions with confidence and find effective, solution-based answers
- Track customer feedback and assist in improving service strategies
- Collaborate with the team to consistently exceed individual and team sales targets
AT&T Customer Enrollment Representative Qualifications:
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people
- Self-starter who’s comfortable in a sales-focused, performance-driven role
- Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

Pay: $47,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
