We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative that is available to work PART TIME
We are looking for someone outgoing with sales experience. Hours include Saturday & Sunday and one day during the week.
You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and recommend the perfect gift. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied.
Responsibilities
- Receiving merchandizing and label it with prices.
- Putting PO's in the system
- Packing online orders
- inventory
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Keeping store clean and organized
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate required
- Basic Computer skills required
- Commitment to learn and take direction well/easily
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
