About the Role:
We Whiten is hiring a Junior Studio Partner to support our growth in Austin. This mid-level position is perfect for someone who is polished, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping people look and feel their best. You'll run the studio independently, manage appointments, and provide high-quality whitening treatments in a boutique setting.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver cosmetic teeth whitening sessions (non-invasive, fully trained)
- Guide clients through the process with professionalism and warmth
- Manage studio bookings, consultations, and follow-ups
- Upsell packages and rebookings to support studio growth
- Maintain a clean, upscale studio environment
Qualifications:
- Experience in aesthetics, wellness, or customer service is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Able to work evenings or weekends as needed
- Sales experience is a bonus
Compensation & Benefits:
