Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback/Busser/Food Runner to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. These roles are key to ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to tables in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
- Assist servers by providing support during busy periods, including bussing tables and refilling drinks.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing plates and resetting tables as needed.
- Uphold food safety and handling standards throughout the service process.
- Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as required for special events.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $19.55 - $23.54 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
