Key Responsibilities:
- Grooming Services: Provide haircuts, styling, coloring, and other grooming services based on client preferences and industry trends.
- Client Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, ensuring a personalized and satisfying experience.
- Sanitation and Safety: Adhere to industry standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, fostering a loyal customer base through excellent service and professionalism.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow barbers/cosmetologists and support staff to create a cohesive and welcoming atmosphere within the salon/barber shop.
Qualifications:
- Valid Barber or Cosmetology license in Maine.
- Strong technical skills in cutting, and styling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
