Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team in Delaware, OH. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records that support our mission of restoring properties effectively. Your expertise will directly contribute to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Process payroll and ensure timely payment of taxes.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for daily transactions.
- Conduct account analysis and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with management to improve financial processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a relevant accounting role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with payroll processing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
