Position
- Role: Part-Time Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist
- Hours: Approx. 2.5 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Type: Part-Time / Independent Contractor
Responsibilities
- Manage weekly payroll processing accurately and on time (by Tuesday noon)
- Maintain financial records, including income, expenses, and reconciliations
- Prepare simple reports as needed for management
- Ensure compliance with payroll and tax requirements
- Communicate with management to resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Proven experience with bookkeeping and payroll
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Reliable and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
