We are a small, well-established real estate brokerage firm located in Anne Arundel County Maryland. We're searching for a part-time, full charge bookkeeper who will be responsible for managing all aspects of our accounting processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a flexible work schedule and working independently around 20 hours a week. This role requires a high level of trust and dependability. Qualified applicants must be located in the area to allow for occasional in-office work. Responsibilities:
-Record Financial Transactions
-Accounts Payable/Receivables
-Account Reconciliations
-Maintain & File All Documentation
-Prepare Financial Statements
-Collaborate with an external CPA
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper
-Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
-Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
-Knowledge or experience in the real estate industry is a plus
