We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
- Maintain financial records by recording daily transactions and reconciling accounts.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and payroll in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collection and payment of invoices.
- Support office management tasks, including clerical duties and front desk responsibilities as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on training development initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff as required, ensuring smooth office operations.
- Plan and coordinate events or meetings as needed for the organization.
Skills
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
- Experience with phone systems and front desk operations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Experience in event planning is beneficial but not required.
