Full Charge Bookkeeper
Experience with Quickbooks & ADP online is required. Bookkeeping experience is required. The right person for this position will be able to provide daily support to staff members in the financial department and management. The Bookkeeper will develop the policies and procedures for working in Quickbooks & ADP Online and provide training to the support staff. Organizational, written and oral communication skills are very important.
Job description
- General bookkeeping data entry including accounts payable, payroll
- Basic tax preparation or organization of financial information
- Must demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks Online (able to demonstrate proficiency)
- Knowledge of and proficiency with ADP
- Developing systems to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts
- Maintaining subsidiary accounts by posting, verifying and allocating transactions
- Monitoring Budgets
- Payroll
Experience
College degree is preferred but not required. (Finance, Accounting or Business)
- 2-4 years clerical or administrative.
- Work history in Medical Accounting and Tax Preparation is a plus but not required

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
