- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, reconciliations, and transaction records
- Coordiante and manage contracts, including tracking deadlines and compliance
- Oversee logistics support for internal operations and client delivery
- Interact with customers professionally, resolving issues or delegating to appropriate team members
-Remain composed and effective in high-pressure situations
- Assist with payroll, expense reporting, and general office administration
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Utilize scheduling and inventory software to support operational efficency (experience preferred)
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in bookkeeping and office administration
- Proficiency in Quickbooks (Online or Desktop)
- Familiarity with scheduling and inventory management systems (preferred)
- Strong understanding of contracts and basic legal/financial documentation
- Experience with logistics coordination
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
- Confident in delegating tasks and coordinating with multiple departments
- Experience working in a lease model business structure is a strong plus
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and discretion with sensitive information
