Dates: Every Monday through Friday
Time: Drop by anytime between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

We’re hiring Box Office, Front of House, and Food and Beverage Managers to join our high-energy seasonal team.
Pay: $17.00/hour

Relevant Experience (Bonus if you’ve had any of these)
Previous box office, ticketing, or front-of-house experience
Customer-facing roles in hospitality, entertainment, or events
Familiarity with food service or cash handling
Knowledge of theater, resort, or children’s entertainment environments
Lifeguard or conflict management background
Strong communication and guest engagement skills
Comfortable with public speaking and interacting with diverse groups
POS Systems: Toast / Square
Duties — Box Office / Front of House / Food and Beverage Managers
Sell tickets for various events and attractions
Provide excellent customer service to guests purchasing tickets
Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately
Assist guests with inquiries regarding events, seating, and ticket availability
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the ticket sales area
Upsell additional services or packages to enhance the guest experience
Support front-of-house operations and guest flow management
Assist with supervising staff and handling guest concerns (Food & Beverage Managers)
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
For Food & Beverage Managers: leadership, staff management, and scheduling experience
For Box Office / Front of House: cash handling and POS experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to engage with guests effectively
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Excellent hospitality and customer service mindset
Comfortable working outdoors in a festival environment
Ability to remain calm under pressure
