Overview:
We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused Budtenders to join our front-of-house team. As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary, helping customers discover and select products that best suit their needs while delivering an exceptional and educational customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through our curated cannabis selection
- Provide accurate, insightful product knowledge and recommendations
- Identify customer preferences and tailor experiences based on wellness or recreational goals
- Operate POS system and process transactions compliantly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment
- Educate customers on cannabis products, laws, and responsible consumption
- Encourage customer reviews and loyalty through great service
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of retail, hospitality, or cannabis experience preferred
- Strong knowledge or enthusiasm to learn about cannabis products and effects
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in a licensed cannabis facility
- Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and compliance-focused
*Inventory Tender – Fulfillment Room*

Overview:
We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Tender to join our back-of-house operations team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and compliance with cannabis regulations. You’ll help stock and prepare orders, restock inventory, and maintain an organized and efficient fulfillment room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Restock fulfillment room from the main vault based on sales needs
- Ensure all products are properly labeled, barcoded, and ready for sale
- Support inventory intake with the Inventory Supervisor
- Organize products by vendor and type for easy access
- Break down boxes and dispose of packaging following store protocol
- Track movement of inventory and report any issues or discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and compliant inventory and fulfillment area
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience in inventory, stockroom, or cannabis retail preferred
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for long periods
- Must be 21+ and authorized to work in a licensed cannabis business
- Team player with strong communication and time management skills
- Comfortable with inventory software and basic data entry
