Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about cannabis and committed to providing exceptional customer service. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting the right products for their needs, ensuring they have a positive experience in our dispensary.
Duties
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information about various cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories.
- Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their preferences and needs.
- Process transactions accurately using a cash register and handle cash with care.
- Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to effectively upsell products.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and performing retail math calculations.
- Experience with cash handling procedures is a plus.
- A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various products is highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
