We are excited to announce the immediate opening of our third dispensary location, and we’re currently hiring for both part-time and full-time Budtenders! Position Summary:
As a Budtender, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service as you assist customers in selecting products that meet their individual needs, educate them about our offerings, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information on cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and proper usage.
- Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their medical needs.
- Act as a keyholder, opening and closing the store and ensuring proper security procedures are followed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all products are properly labeled and stocked.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist with maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Stay up to date on cannabis industry trends, product knowledge, and state laws.
- Follow all safety and security protocols in accordance with company and state regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the success of the store and a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the cannabis industry, is a plus but not required.
- A strong desire to learn about cannabis products and their medicinal uses.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check (per state regulations).
Available Shifts:
- Part-Time: Approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Full-Time: 35–40 hours per week
