Inviting applications for the role of Business Consultant
Skills – Genpact LLC seeks Business Consultant (multiple positions) in Wilkes-Barre PA to work externally with clients to help identify their most pressing supply chain and operational challenges, and internally collaborate with colleagues to design, develop, deploy, and support solutions. Work on multifaceted projects that demand analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. Improve client strategies, processes and operational alignment. Focus on technology-enabled business transformation. Help companies define and implement better strategies, processes and tools to improve a variety of functional areas. Projects range from short, multi-week assessments to phased multi-month design and implementations and everything in-between. Oversee and coordinate multiple aspects of project execution and stakeholder alignment. Track and interpret operational metrics to gauge performance, providing insights that guide project adjustments as necessary. Plan production schedules and organize shipments when needed. Conduct weekly project status updates, ensuring that progress on each project is transparent and that all parties- clients, internal teams, and partners- are aligned on goals and expectations. Prepare comprehensive documentation for quarterly reviews and present these updates directly to clients, fostering clear communication and maintaining high standards of client satisfaction.
Education – Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. No experience is required with a Bachelor’s degree. Foreign degree equivalents are acceptable. Any combination of education and experience as equivalent to a U.S. Bachelor’s degree as determined by a recognized credential evaluation service is also acceptable. Position headquartered in Wilkes-Barre, PA with placement at project sites nationally within the United States with approximately 15-20% of domestic and international travel required. $78,853 to $82,796 per year.
