We're looking for a strategic, construction-savvy Business Development & Brand Strategist to help refine our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and increase high-value sales conversations in the Austin market. If you're equal parts relationship-builder, market analyst, and creative communicator, we'd love to connect.
What You'll Do
Generate qualified leads through your knowledge of the Austin construction, remodeling, and design markets
Build and nurture relationships with ideal clients, architects, designers, and key industry partners
Create and implement thoughtful outreach campaigns, digital and in-person increase brand visibility and engagement
Represent Bes Builder at industry events, networking functions, and client-facing presentations
Track and analyze sales pipeline performance and lead conversion data to identify market trends and opportunities
Collaborate with ownership and the project team to align messaging, visuals, and brand strategy with our core values and building philosophy
Stay current with market trends, pricing shifts, and design preferences in Austin's high-end residential sector
What You Bring
Proven experience in construction sales, business development, or marketing-ideally with a custom builder, remodeler, or residential design firm
Deep familiarity with the Austin residential market, including neighborhood dynamics, client expectations, and design trends
Ability to communicate value and differentiate high-end services in a competitive landscape
A strong professional network and a willingness to grow and nurture new relationships
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution-you're as comfortable analyzing data as you are pitching a client
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
Bonus points for experience in SEO, brand positioning, or lead-gen platforms (e.g., PipeDrive, JobTread, Houzz Pro)

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $80,000
Bonus Structure: Based on KPIs and qualified sales performance
