Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist servers and maintain the dining area, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
Duties
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers with food and beverage service as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing utensils and condiments.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, silverware, and glassware throughout service.
- Support catering events by setting up and breaking down dining areas as required.
- Follow all food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
Skills
- Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others in a team-oriented setting.
- Experience in catering or hotel settings is beneficial but not required.
