Job Title: Cannabis Delivery Driver ** Must be 21+**
The Annual Salary Range: $17.25- 18.50 per hour + Tips; Work is in 5-7-hour shifts either mornings, afternoon or evening. However, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. . + Tips in the Pool

Summary:
Under the supervision of the Delivery Manager the Cannabis delivery driver will provide world class professional delivery services of Cannabis product orders to customers’ homes and their places of business
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Job Responsibilities:
- Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Must be enthusiastic about Cannabis education and educating the community.
- Display strong product and industry knowledge.
- Ability to uphold the standards of the sales floor.
- Must be able to process credit cards, count, add and subtract money for cash transactions.
- Will be starting and learning procedures on the sales floor prior to starting deliveries.
- Ability to work independently, drive and deliver orders within San Diego County offering excellent first class service with minimal supervision.
- Meet/exceed delivery targets.
- Ensure accuracy of items being delivered and will be responsible for their hardware and equipment in the field.
- Must have great time management skills and be well organized.
- Meet/exceed hospitality and marketing objectives.
- Follows set and scheduled route for daily deliveries
- Drive repeat business through strong local grassroots networking
- Ability to comprehend maps or set GPS to determine and track daily routes.
- Ensure products are delivered intact and in a timely manner
- Practice safe driving
- Add value to the team by being an authentic and confident self-leader
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE A VALID CALIFORNIA DRIVER’S LICENSE
- NO SALVAGE TITLES on vehicle registration
- Must maintain auto insurance coverage as required by law and may not have no more than 2 points on driving record.
- Must own a vehicle no older than 10 years old with good gas mileage.
- Must have full comprehensive auto insurance.
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and clean DMV record is mandatory.
- Excellent time management and excellent customer service skills.
- Preferably two years’ experience in customer service role
- Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive energy is a must!

- Skilled driver and safe driving abilities
- Willing to drive company vehicle
Experience:
- Delivery Driving: 3 years (Required)
- Cannabis Delivery: 2 years is a plus
· Work as an UBER, Door-Dash or other delivery prior experience a plus
· Shift availability: Day Shift, Afternoon or Night Shift availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 - $18.50 per hour
