The Packaging Technician position at Sanctuary Medicinals is best suited for an individual who desires to learn about cannabis and the importance of product quality control. Focused on assisting the department with proper and accurate packaging of cannabis product, meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements. Accuracy is key.

What We’re Looking For:

*Willingness to learn *Ensuring compliance with state regulations and company procedures and policies *Upholding strict hygiene and cleanliness standards within the room while maintaining an organized workspace *Maintaining a constant attention to detail ensuring all information pertaining to product is correct while affixing product labels and/or storing within packaging. This includes but is not limited to a large emphasis of exact units counts *Execute all work tasks with sense of urgency *Must have the ability to adapt to change *Maintain punctual and accurate attendance *Contribute to a professional and enjoyable work environment *Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements *Demonstrates high attention to detail *Strong work ethic with team player mentality *Flexibility within daily required tasks
Required:
21+
Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
Ability to bend twist and climb stairs
Repetitive hand movements
Ability to work in an environment with kief in the air
Strong attention to detail
