We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Director to lead our educational programs and ensure a nurturing environment for children. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the child care program, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality standards.
- Develop and implement educational curricula that promote learning and development for children.
- Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance on best practices in early childhood education.
- Collaborate with parents, staff, and community partners to create a supportive learning environment.
- Manage enrollment processes, including student assessments and family communications.
- Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Organize training sessions for staff on educational techniques and child development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records related to student progress, staff performance, and program operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field; higher education teaching experience is preferred.
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, particularly in early childhood environments.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, staff, and community members.
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that fosters learning and growth for all children.
- MUST HAVE teachers certification in birth-2, k-12 or special education

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
