Full job description:
Prophetic church looking for a vibrant praise and worship musician (drummer) filled in the Holy Ghost. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership skills and abilities in praise and worship; passion for planning, preparing, and leading worship services that connect with worshipers of all generations. The candidate will be assisting with selecting praise and worship music that meets the diverse needs of our church family.
We are looking for someone who is teachable, adaptable to multiple cultures, and committed to fostering an authentic, engaging, and spiritually enriching worship environment—where God’s presence is cherished.
Salary is negotiable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Praise and worship for Wednesday night Bible studies and Sunday services.
- Regular rehearsals with the worship team, ensuring all participants are well-prepared for services.
- Assist with praise and worship songs for services.
Qualifications:
- Leadership: Ability to play and inspire a team of musicians and vocalists, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
- Faith: A strong personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for praising and worshiping God and leading others in praise and worship.
- Strong vocal abilities.
- Flexibility in working with different musical styles and genres to meet the needs of our diverse church family.
- Proficiency in contemporary and traditional praise and worship music.
- Proficient various drum techniques and style

Expected Hours:
- This can be a part-time or full-time position, requiring approximately 20-40 hours per week, including preparation, rehearsals, Sunday, and Wednesday services.
